At REBELOUP, we want to ensure a proper fit for the items you order from us. That's why we offer a Fit Guarantee for your first order. If your items don't fit as expected, simply reach out to our customer service within 30 days of receiving your product and provide us with the following details: Email address used for the purchase, order number, customer name, product name and reason for the claim. We'll gladly assist you in adjusting the size and do a remake for you, at absolutly no extra cost.
The Fit Guarantee is valid for your first garment (or order) in each product category (e.g., your first shirt, your first t-shirt, your first polo, your first shorts, etc.) and can only be used once in the same product category. If a customer has already used the guarantee once for a specific type of product but wishes to make further size adjustments, they are encouraged to contact our customer support for fit/sizing advice.
