When making a purchase from REBELOUP the sales contract is between the consumer (referred to as “the customer,” “you,” “your”) and REALTIME PRODUCTION AS (referred to as “REBELOUP,” “we,” “us,” “the company”). All purchases from REBELOUP.com are governed by standard terms and conditions for consumer sales of goods over the Internet. The terms of this agreement outline the main rights and obligations of the parties involved in the transaction. By purchasing our products or using our website, you accept the applicable terms and conditions stated on this page. The current version of the terms is the one available on the website, but REBELOUP reserves the right to change the terms over time.

All content on the website and online store, including patterns, text, illustrations, photographs, logos, images, and videos, is owned by REBELOUP and may only be used by others for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Disclaimers
The garment displayed on the product page is a visualization. We always strive to use high-quality images and try to depict our products in the most accurate and realistic way. However, we cannot guarantee that the products you receive will look exactly like what you see on your computer screen. Screen settings and the fact that different device screens reproduce colors differently may cause variations in construction and color of the final product.
Regitration
Creating a customer profile at REBELOUPis free and without any purchase obligations. The customer account created is personal, and the information provided during registration must be accurate. You are personally responsible for updating your information if it changes. You choose your own password when registering, and we recommend selecting a secure password that you do not use elsewhere and keeping it confidential from third parties or unauthorized individuals. This is for your own security and to avoid misuse of your profile. Loss of password or suspicion of unauthorized use of your customer account should be immediately reported in writing to REBELOUP. Marketing
By signing up for our newsletter, you consent to REBELOUP using your personal information, such as email address/phone number, to send you inspiration and news. You can withdraw your consent at any time under “settings” in “my account” on the website. Here, you can easily opt out of being contacted via SMS, email or both.
Privacy
We store and use your personal information to fulfill our obligations to you as a customer and to improve the services we offer you. You can read more about privacy here. After placing an order, we automatically create a profile with your personal information, order history, and your size. All the sizes you create (by providing your body measurement details or manually) are stored in your account. This is to make it easy reordering in the same size.
Payment, Pricing, and Discounts
We use Klarna’s integration as the payment solution in the checkout to process all payments. Any payment inquiries should be directed to Klarna’s app (https://app.klarna.com) and customer service (https://www.klarna.com/customer-service).
The price of the ordered products is the price applicable on the day of the order, subject to typographical errors or other errors in price information on REBELOUP’s website. All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT for Norwegian customers, and any shipping costs are announced upon ordering.
Credits earned through referral codes cannot be redeemed for cash but can be used as a discount on your next purchase at REBELOUP.com. Please note that when your account is terminated, expires, or is deleted, any points or credits in your account will also expire simultaneously.
REBELOUP offers a quantity discount (10% for 2 pieces; 20% for 3+ pieces) that is automatically applied at checkout. The discount is based solely on the number of items in your basket, allowing you to mix products of various styles and colors in the same order. Promotional codes cannot be combined with each other or with the quantity discount. REBELOUP does not apply discounts retroactively.
Orders
REBELOUP reserves the right to accept, refuse, cancel, or hold any order you place with us. We only accept orders from individuals over 18 years of age. By placing an order on REBELOUP.com, you confirm that you are over the age of 18. All our products are subject to availability.
Every submitted order shall be considered final. By submitting an order, the customer accepts full responsibility for verifying that all the styling options of the chosen product(s) and the size are correct. Once we’ve received your order, you will get an order confirmation email that includes the order number and details of your order. As our products are custom-made, we cannot accept any changes after an order has been submitted.
Shipping
Once the products in your order have been produced, you will receive an email notification that your items have been completed and shipped. To reduce our environmental footprint, your order will be shipped together with other orders via UPS from the factory. In approximately 4-5 days, your package will arrive at its destination country. You will then receive a new email with tracking details and delivery information from the local mail distributor, Post Nord.
Delivery
To make a purchase from REBELOUP, you must have a delivery address in Norway, and your order will be delivered to the address you have provided as the delivery address. We use PostNord to deliver goods to our customers. More information about delivery can be found on PostNord’s website here.
Delivery time
Our goal is to have your order compleated and delivered to you within 14 days. Unforeseen acts of nature beyond our control, force majeure, or problems with the delivery company or clothing manufacturer may cause a delay for which REBELOUP cannot be held responsible. We aim to complete all orders within the specified timeframe, but this is only an estimate for your reference and cannot be guaranteed.
Risk of goods
The risk of goods purchased from REBELOUP is transferred to you as a consumer at the time of delivery. Therefore, the risk passes from REBELOUP to the customer as soon as the customer receives the package.
Returns
Purchases from REBELOUP are binding and without a right of withdrawal (Angrerettsloven). According to Section 22 of the Norwegian Consumer Contract Act, custom-made goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Purchases made on REBELOUP.com are exempt from the Right of Withdrawal (Angrerettsloven), as all the products we sell are made to order. Made to order means that the items are custom-made based on your choices, and production of the items begins once you have placed your order.
Errors
Errors can occur due to human factors and technical issues. Our desire is for you, as a customer, to be satisfied with your purchase, and we consistently prioritize and emphasize this aspect. If an error occurs, we will do our best to rectify it as soon as possible. You should report any errors as soon as possible or as soon as the error should have been discovered. It is considered reasonable to complain about the product within two (2) months. We reserve the right to repair or deliver the product again. The company reserves the right to decide whether to request the return of product(s) and provide a return label, if necessary. Returns based on fabric or styling preferences are not possible.
Fit guarantee
Our aim is to ensure a proper fit for the items you order from us. This is why each customer shopping with REBELOUP is covered by the REBELOUP fit guarantee. If the garment does not fit you, we will help you adjust the size and create a new, equivalent product for you in the adjusted size at no extra cost. The guarantee is valid for your first garment (or order) in each product category (e.g., your first shirt, your first t-shirt, your first polo, your first shorts, etc.) and can only be used once in the same product category. If a customer has already used the guarantee once for a specific type of product but wishes to make further size adjustments, they are encouraged to contact our customer support for fit/sizing advice. To be eligible for a replacement, the customer must contact our customer support within one (1) month of receiving the garment. The customer may be asked to measure the received garment and share that information with our support team.
